On a regular basis, MEDITECH provides ring updates that include hundreds of Data Repository corrections and updates that need to be tested. Customers appreciate the service DR Validate provides in testing these changes before the go-Live date.
DR Validate stays on top of all your DR tasks for you. We provide further examples of ongoing issues, answer questions, test changes where needed, discuss issues with MEDITECH, etc. In short, we do what is needed to keep progress on issues moving forward.

The Data Repository application is a complete product, with numerous background jobs, expanders, indexes and other objects that need a watchdog. Left unattended, tables can be left without updates for days or even weeks, leading to a loss of data integrity in DR. We stay on top of these issues to keep your DR running smoothly.
As MEDITECH moves corrections to your test system, they need help in testing these before changes can be moved live. We provide this service and ensure the changes are working as advertised. When they are not, we notify MEDITECH to get the issue resolved sooner rather than later.
Each month, DR Validate goes through a list of tables the customer is using for its reporting efforts. We audit these tables and report discrepancies to MEDITECH and follow up until data integrity is restored and maintained going forward.

Index fragmentation can lead to slow running queries and poor system performance. We identify tables where there is unacceptable index fragmentation and optimize them to allow for faster performance going forward.
Where issues are found, DR Validate can manage the process of running special initial loads or schedule MEDITECH run initial loads.
Attention is paid to load balancing to ensure your main MEDITECH system does not experience performance issues.
